Was there already a Civ IV thread?
Anyone get it already? I am on the fence about whether to buy it. I have been hearing mixed reviews. I loved Civ III though....

wow, civ iv? i'm so in the dark...

i've only played the first 2, and would also be interested in hearing some feedback...

Yeah... Got it. They rushed the crap out of it!

For me its random crashed to the desktop that requires a reboot. For others its just not working at all.

Read some posts that on day one, it sounded like a war in their tech support center.


They should have held it back for a Thanksgiving release and had something that worked.


Now.... when it does work (crashed every 5 to 60 minutes, mainly when selecting something to research) it is awesome.... the best one yet.

If you get it, save after evey turn.
