AoE III

I play AoEIII and Age of Mythology quite a bit lately. I'm trying to break free of my MMO playing, and playing some RTS's is helping out a bit. *chuckles*

I'm not one of those crazy good players you'll find on the net, but I've been playing RTS's since Warcraft II days. I'll throw ya a msg next time I play, probably one tonight, or if not tonight it'll be a game or two this weekend.

I haven't taken AoE III online yet, but I've played over the local network when we have mini-lan parties. I'll set up an account and post my username on that. I'm sure they have some sort of friends list to find who is online.

Do you have any other RTS's? A few other ones I've been playing lately are:
Battle for Middle Earth II
Age of Mythology
Star Wars: Empire at War

I'd have to say I play Mythology more then any other RTS I own though. I just started getting into AoE III pretty good, been doing scrimishes against the computer.

I think Battle for Middle Earth II is a real solid RTS, but the people I usually play with can't seem to run it well. One has a really slow pc, and the other has a tempermental video card that doesn't get along well with Battle.

I was really shocked how good Star Wars is. I didn't think the system would work well, but it's one of the most fun RTS's out right now IMO.
