Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War ! ! !

Why arent you guys playing Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War?!?!?!
havent you guys seen this game yet? relic made it with some help and they turned this previously board game dork magnet into a superp RTS. i am not kidding, this game rules. im actually able to walk away from starcraft. the gfx are amazing and gameplay is unbelievable. i cant believe it's not getting more attention. the only thing i dont like is that the multiplayer (the only thing good about RTS) is run by gamespy. . . . . what tools, man i hate them. but it's not that bad. even they cant mess this game up too bad. i know the demo has bugs, but go check it out guys, this is a great game that needs our support!

Who says I'm not playing it? It's a nice game - the first one really worthy to the tabletop. I hope to see the AddOn Pack soon although it'll only contain the IG as playable extra army. Still waiting for Tau, Necron and Tyranids.

ya thats a nice game, i downloaded the demo and had some fun playing through it. it seems like the heir apparent to starcraft (until starcraft 2-we can always dream). the squad based interface is a nice feature, and it has done the best job yet with such an interface. one thing i didn't like, and i guess it can go either way, is that dinosaur thing for the orks that has like 16000 hit points, but haven't played enough to figure out all the balancer units, or maybe they are just not in the demo.

Still a very good game but i don't think i can afford to buy the full copy right now

i loved the demo but I agree that they need more races and add more types of units like the harlequins (spelling?) for eldar.

I think they could have used more of the rich source of Warhammer 40k. I personally wanted races like the Tau and Necrons. If they used more of the Warhammer world I would have bought it.

Yea but Space Marines, Eldar, Orcs, and Chaos space marines or w/e are the basic 4. I also hear those 4 play similar. I just wanted more characteristic of the 40k. Maybe I will buy it if the expansion pack delivers.
