Heroes of might and magic 5 has been officialy announced by Ubisoft!

Im a huuuge fan of this franchise, its a must-play. Homm4 was a bit sub-par with its predecessors unfortunately.

Ubisoft bought the franchise and have taken the game to the realm of 3D graphics. Im a bit worried by that transition personaly ....

looks great! Heroes was an awesome game. 4 was alright, but no where near the quality of 3. They shouldn't let you have troops outside of heroes and stuff. heroes shouldn't fight in battle either

graphics look great! hopefully the animation isn't as bad as HOMM4

Although I am a bit concerned about that "revolutionary tactical combat system". The old one was just fine.
