In the most simple polite response, yes.

I'm assuming that you have a Dell and that the processor is the T2400 Core Duo, that on top of the card and the RAM will make Oblivion playable at just about max settings on a high resolution. You might have to do a few tweaks and a slight overclock, but you should be doing that anyway.

Either way, you'll definately be enjoying the game and won't be disappointed. Just don't try to max everything at a ridiculous resolution and then get pissed when your FPS drop to 15 outdoors.

Yes, it will definitely run. And you don't need core-duo. The game can take advantage of multiples CPUs, though, if you have them (http://www.elitebastards.com/page.php?pageid=12316). Like squidney2k1 said, don't try and max out all your settings, it will kill your FPS. However, you should be able to get very high quality settings with this game. BTW, how much VRAM does your card have?

lol, you can run oblivion off a radeon 9600, 512 megs of ram, and a 2.1gig cpu, the new patch allows people with crap comps to play the game now, so just dl the patch and select super low setting if you cant run it normally.
