Hey guys, im looking to spend about $1000 on my next rig (ordering from NCIX.com - Canada's Premier Computer Store - Great Technology, Service and Selection.), It will be for gaming but i will also want to use it for Word Processing and just Surfing the Net. Please post ideas of what you think i should put in this thing!

there is supposed to be price cuts on those cpus and video cards, so if you can hold out you can get a nice system for a little cheaper.

I suggest that you only get 1 hard drive now to save money then upgrade to anotherone and raid it later.

OB sound is fine, You don't need to get a sound card right away, if you wait untill April 22nd you could probably fit a 8800GTX in there after the C2D price drops.
