Need Harddrive pair advice

Alright,

So I've got the need for a nice little RAID-1 setup back on the home tower. Doesn't have to be huge, just needs to be nice and efficient. I'm thinking 2 x 250GB in a mirror setup for 250GB total. I plan on rsync'ing from my main drive from it.

Mobo has integrated RAID, or I might go lazy and use the windows software raid. it won't be high use. My question is does anyone know of any good buy-2 harddrive deals? Currently I'm looking at some nice SATA 3.0 Seagates on Newegg for 70 each. Anyone know of anything better?

I just bought 3 of these for an upcoming build 16mb instead of 8mb

for five extra bucks.
