BladeZ's rant about Customer Service...

What has happened to Customer Service these days? I'm requesting technical assistance for my TV channels and they give me a computer-automated response. Then I request a live person and I PROCEED TO WAIT FOR 40 MINUTES!! I got so frustrated I turned the phone off. And they said: "Estimated wait time is 10 minutes". WHERE ARE COMPANIES THAT ACTUALLY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!! lzdie:

Anyways, the company said customer service is open 7 days a week. I tried calling different days but to no avail. And they call themselves commited to "customer satisfaction" and that customers are their #1 priority! HAHAHAHA!!

Yeah, a lot of customer service is a joke these days. I don't know that ANY company thinks customers are their #1 priority.

I figure most of them are just sitting around in offices doing this: :lolatyou:

Shaw and HP have pretty good customer service... HP actually has virtually NO wait times for customer server on the internet! I couldn't believe it when I was talking to a REAL live person.

hehehe, I got so pissed at my isp, I walked into thier building with my old cable modem and the lady asked me if i had a problem, and i told her that the company was my problem, and smashed the modem on the ground. I also convinced atleast 10 people to drop the isp because they suck. this one is much better now.

moral of the story? if they wont help, screw em. Make a scene, if people see you doing it, they will probably have 2nd thought and just leave, you guys should try it, im gonna do it to my cable phone provider too pretty soon.
