Dark Messiah of Might & Magic

The singleplayer demo for Dark Messiah of Might & Magic is now playable!

It uses the Source Engine to the extreme. HDR lighting, great weapons, and physics -- more physics traps in this demo than the Ravenholm sequence in HL2. The framerate seems suprisingly smooth for 40 FPS constant. This is without tweaking either.

If you're looking for a new RPG/Slasher/Shooter/spell Flinger give this demo a shot. Try it before you buy it. Hell, it's a free download! There is even supposed to be a pretty cool multplayer mode -- hopefully they will demo that.

    Gamer's Hell download:
"Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.---That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes."

Thanks for the heads up, I've been waiting for this game since I saw an E3 trailer for it. I can't wait to try it out.

that was fun...really fun. i assume thats what oblivion is like, in which case i will have to buy that also. i tried using some magic spell, it seemed pretty weak though, and i suck at range.
