Ran into a little problem in my attempt to post on the UK forum at:
EA GAMES™ :: View Forum - Battlefield 2142™
Firstly, only administrators can post new topics, and the announcement sticky at the top claims that:

All discussion of Battlefield 2142 should be directed to the US Forums to get official attention.

It does allow me to post a reply in the general questions thread (
EA GAMES™ :: View topic - General questions), however. That should get alot of attention.
