    Bad Company 2 Settings

    I just finally jumped into BC2 yesterday, EPIC to say the least. Just wondering what you all are running setting wise, and what kind of FPS you are getting?

    Other than Crysis, this has to be the most hard-on-my-system game!

    I am running with my sig rig @ 1920x1080 med settings, no AA, 16x AF, seems fluid, haven't checked actual FPS.

    bc2 is a CPU hog Glenn. I was getting crap frames with a core2duo and an nvidia g260, but as soon as I hooked the same video card up to an i7 it was smooth as glass.

    Re: BC2 settings

    OK went and checked it out and played a couple rounds just to make sure

    Detail --- High
    Texture---High
    Shadow---Low
    Effects--- Medium
    AA---4x
    AF---1x
    Vsync---on (this had no effect, not sure if they fixed it yet)
    HBAO---Off

    I'm forcing Vsync on in the Nvidia control panel It runs a 60fps and never drops below. Not sure what fps is with out Vsync I can test it if you really want to know.

    sys = i5@ 3.6 275gtx 4gig W7(64)

    vsynch isnt working well since sometimes my frame rates jump to 100+
