    Question about games

    Would a lappy (eMachines 6807) run Far Cry, Doom III, and/or Half Life 2 with their current set-up: 6807 AMD64 3000+, 1 gb ram and 64mb ATI 9600.

    It should, but the 64 MB ATI card might limit you to running the games at low to medium graphics settings.

    Psssh. I have Far Cry running at 1024x768 at max settings, and I have a 64 MB Radeon 9600. I expect Doom III and Half-life to have similar performance.
