    BF: Vietnam sound question

The other day I changed the sound setting to EAX, which I have on my desktop system (Audigy Gamer, Klipsch 5.1 surround system)
But the game just sounds like CRAP! There are tanks that explode right in front of me and you never hear it blow up, the environment is completely dead quiet, and other weird problems. Anyone else have this problem?

Also, I'm running it on a Athlon 2000, Radeon 9600xt, 768MB Ram and the game runs pretty good with medium settings, but there's a lot of glitches, like the screen "jumping" and such
Current games loaded: Homeworld 2 - BF: Vietnam - Desert Combat - Painkiller
    Sager 5690-S "Alien killer"
    :smash:

i had this problem too. It seems to be with the latest sound card drivers, just revert back to a previous driver and it might fix your problem.
