I agree and I'm in the same boat. I now wish I had not bought one. I figured they would charge less for UMD movies, and I thought the games would be a lot better. While they have a few good games, it seems like they are making the mistake of trying to pack to much poop into the small brown bag.
I personally hated how xmen legands and gta ran. It was way to much game for the hardware. I've been against buying a DS, but I may go that route and replace the PSP. At least nintendo seems to realize that 2D games run good on handhelds, and make a good amount of them. It seems Sony keeps pushing for portable 3D games, but that hardware just can't match the game. (or it's poor programming during the port)
