Looks as if it is shaping up to be quite the system. I don't care though I have my alienware on its way, and when its time to get the ps3..i will...and also upgrade my PC as well. FPS is way better IMHO on the PC. but alot of people were hating on me saying that it could not possible be better than a high end PC, but I think it just may. If you look at the roadmaps of Intel, AMD Nvidia and ATI, you can clearly see that by 2006, the specs on the PS3 will be very top end. Good times for gamers though. |

Delta that is true, but these specs are at least confirmed by Sony. From what I gather, Nvidia's GPU for the PS3 might be the reason they have had to push back their product refresh dates. I think NV48 was scrapped entirely too. Either way, a console doesnt even have to have the most powerful components to be a good gaming system because that is all it does. however, I think this next gen of systems are going to really impress. I mean the dreamcast arguably was just as pretty as the ps2. I think the ps3 is going to look better than the ps2 much more than the ps2 did to the ps1...i think i said that right!  |

: 51 st | | i will support both. I really like what microsoft did with Xbox live. But i have put down consoles completley with CS:source as of late. However, i really enjoy online fighting games, and consoles def win that in my opinion. when MK  hit xbxlive I racked up like 1400 games in about one month of online playing. Quite competitive and addicting. |

| | | Next gen console will need good graphics.. everyone is moving to high-def and plasma screens that can display high-res graphics.. try playing (if it would let you, any way) on XBOX at 1024x768 (again, just for argument sake).. It will be slow as a 2 legged dog..

| I hate to pay subscription fees for something I already paid for.. Does Xbox allow you to do tunnelling?
