I've been keeping track of this game for a few days, and found some of these videos to be very impressive. This will be one of those sleeper RTS games... let me know if anyone picks it up.

September 2007 is confirmed as the release month for Massive Entertainment's RTS World in Conflict, and the date news has been accompanied by word on the game's pre-order scheme.
WiC's pre-order scheme kicks off on June 22 and is tied in with retail chain GAME. Pre-order the game from a GAME store and you'll receive the likes of a bonus DVD from The History Channel, access to a Beta event, bonus multiplayer maps for the beta and special multiplayer account privileges to Massgate
