Total Annihilation was one of the greatest RTS games ever created ... if you loved that Game you have to check out the new E3 2006 Trailer. WOW!

go to www.supremecommander.com and go to their Video Media section. If you choose download various sizes you can download the hi-res HD quality versions from either Fileplanet, Gamespot, or Fileshack. Or you can just watch it in 640x360 on the site.

I'm really looking forward to this one .... may C&C3 RIP.

I played TA for the first time last year (a friend introduced me to it). I still find the original more realistic and detail-oriented than most RTSs today. Can't wait for the sequel!

Sigh and I were talking about that. I need to get a copy of the orignal now again. It's definitely stood the test of time since many RTS's have tried to replicate it's genius.

Oddly enough, you can still see that this game looks very familiar to the original even though it has been so long. They are definitely doing things right -- a non-restrictive camera, "cordinated attack options", and units to scale. Can't wait for Early 2007.
