He called me a (see below) after I told him to calm himself and stop harassing players. I also believe he dropped a couple of n words earlier. He constantly talked in caps and spammed when he was angry at certain players.

Banned. I'm sorry you had to experience that. I'm not sure if the way I banned him will work on our 2nd TF2 server though. I'll ask Craig. But he certainly won't be seen on the Payload server, ever.
