Encountered a Hacker.

Seriously,

I was playing on a local (low ping) server and this one guy (insert name here once I get back) was fucking a invisible pyro! (spec'd him and everything)

He some how flamed me to death from cap C while I was a B!!

Odd thing was, his character model wasn't there, but the shadow of the character was! so, once I saw the "You were killed by" and saw nothing there, I looked down and saw the pyro's shadow

Probably not a hacker, just a bug with your character models. This happens occasionally with CSS where all you can see is the models weapons.

It usually happens after you alt-tab, I always get killed by invisible soldiers firing visible rockets.
