Banned for no reason...

Ok... here it goes.


one of my clan mates ts-scm was banned from your server a few months back. Apparently he was banned for TK'ing for a helicopter. He did NOT do this on purpose and was banned on a bad judgement call by a sR admin. That was admitted to me by tecking a few months back in our forums.

On several occasions TecKing778 has been to our forums apologizing for the ban and that he would unban ts-scm. Ive talked to tecking myself on in game voip and he assured me that scm would be unbanned.

Recently ts-scm tried to join your server but found out he was still banned.. he came here trying to rectify a situation that tecking was supposed to have cleared up.

TS have never stepped out of line, and tecking himself admitted to me that it was a mistake and he would clear it up more than 2 months ago. Team Storm has never had a problem with sR, and held the sR in high regard.. we even have a link to your site on our own website.

With that being said, ts is highly dissappointed in the actions of sR representatives, and hope that those who run this clan/website realize the errors in teckings judgement, and clear up this situation.

Because he was banned months ago (for the second time) and i do not recall the situation with 100% detail, and because some versions of bf2cc had problems with the ban lists glitching. I was willing to give him another chance mostly though because im a nice guy.

Previously, many members from your clan decided they would (one night) antagonise/harass an sR Admin (who is no longer with us) after he mistakenly banned one of your clan mates for tking. The 2 names shambo or something like and something else were almost identical. Even after the mistake was corrected, and i kicked another player to make room for your own, many of your members continued to harass my admin.

We've also have had people complain about ts members tking for vehicles. I dont know. Maybe one bad apple's spoiled them all. The question is. Who is the bad apple.

Now about me joining your forums. Yes i have twice in fact. To first speak to you about getting scm's hashes or IP so i could unban him months ago. You never replied to me BTW and scm told me not to worry about it. Then again, because i wanted to ask you if you had your mates under control. (Again you never replied. Makes one wonder how organized your group is.

In any case, the ban was lifted a few hours ago. I only hope i don't regret it.

BTW: Maybe next time you an PM me rather than try to keep everything so public... You don't see me going around to every clan and server owner i know telling them they should ban all of you. I know how a single bad apple can destroy a clans reputation.
