Just one of the masses asking if you guys ever thought about rerplacing the 24/7 Karkland with a selection of SF maps..........I think it would be very popular with many people on your guys server.

We've toyed with the idea of SF only for a while...but to be honest if you look at the charts on Gamespy, no one is playing SF at all. It would be deadsville in our estimation.

I bet I could easily get that site filled................with half of the regulars that are on the city maps. You are right that #'s are low on SF maps....but I think that is also cause there are very few GOOD servers for the SF maps. Since I posted the thread about an hour ago I have bout half a dozen guys that would be totally down with the change. PPl like Jmorvan, bush23 and raptor (chaulk1)blinky Pob-0, Toilet Pastry 22 and more but I cant remember all the crazy names..........I think there might possibly be a switch from your city maps to the fictional SF server if it Xisted, try a forum vote....and see where it takes you........again just a thought I'm just the guy taking advantage of your great server, thanks for all the killin!

I dont know... That would be a real gamble... Many people dont have SF for one... Then also right now for example, there are 5 SF servers that have more than 50 people...

Thats only half... How many servers have you seen go from one config which got them into the top in the world and who stayed there for over 8 months and then one week decided to switch over to a completely different config... I've seen more than a few... They were fine for the first couple days... They later died out...

Your right though, there seams to be a shortage of well run/well administered SF servers out there... Maybe we will change that someday

Really though.... No one wants to see an SF or AF server more than I do... trust me... Still, i see how big of a gamble that it is...

Gamble away.....I think it will pay off your community of gamers will back you, you know this. So are you saying you guys are willing to try or are going to stick with the point grabbin 24/7 Karkland.......again playing for the last 2 hours I have over a dozen now that would love the addition to straferight and they are all members.................I hate to make waves see you n the killin fields gents:sniper:

I think "replacing" the Karkand server with a SF server would be suicide for our #1 server. Like everyone says not very many play SF and our Karkand server is ALWAYS full

Switching Karkand to SF would be silly. It is the #1 server for a reason. Adding another server to run SF would be a more reasonalbe option.
