Team Killing for chopper

The last thing I want to do is tattle on someone. The situation has been resolved however I'm still bringing it to the admins attention.
Sept 15 7:20pm-7:30pm Shaqri was playing. I managed to get the chopper first and went on a killing rampage then got owned. Went back to the chopper and there was 3 people, plus me waiting for it. I managed to get pilot then BAM Moo toiletpastery shoots me through the window with the M95. I TKed him back later and it was cool and the round ended. The next round we were on MEC I spawned for the chopper but was too slow. There was about 5-6 people trying to get in and what do I see when the chopper is full? Moo Toiletpastery again with the M95 shoots the pilot then gets in the chopper. So I get in a vodnik and blow the crap out of it.
The point I'm getting to is I am far from innocent but I was not unprovoked. The fact that He spawned with such a weapon seems like picked that rifle for the sole purpose of TK'ing for the chopper. What irks me is the fact that him and his clan feel confident enough to do it openly on the servers infront of people like myself, bungalow bill, and a few other who frequent the server more than a few hours a day.

Thanks for brining this up we'll look into the problem. However, shooting down the chopper because somebody else tk'ed you is grounds for a kick or ban as much as the guy who did it before to you. I understand it's frustrating but I suggest you log into Vent and the admins will take care of it from there. If one of the other admins has a log or you have a screenshot of toiletpastry doing this please post and it'll be taken care of.

Hey guy and welcome to the server. I know it gets frustrating getting tk'd for the chopper but the last thing you want to do it tk the person back. The best thing you can do is get screen shots and post them on here and we'll deal with it right away or better yet get on our ventrillio and find an admin who can help you out
