[LOC] guys TK'ing for Helo

I didn't get all the times these guys TK'ed for helo, but you can see them on the pad TK'ing @ 3:00am PST.

I tried getting an admin on Ventrillo, but none were on.

I've had to ban one of them cant remember his name, but he was tking me as a comm while i was camped at the sharqi and near the heli pad. good riddens for sure
