Banned

I attempted to connect to the BF2 server on Saturday night and was informed that I have a global hardware ban, I have no idea why this would have happened and have never received any type of warning that something like this was going to happen.

Well, If you have a hardware global ban, then theres nothing we can do, thats something that PunkBuster has to do with, our servers use they're master ban list and its not possible for us to remove it..

I checked our ban list for your name & i found nothing... Which you shouldn't be in there because thats not the message it would give you... In any event, if you like i can check for your cd-key hash in the ban list but you will need to use this program ( http://bf2.fun-o-matic.org/index.php/BF2_Key_Hasher ) in order to get your cd-key hash... Once you have it Private Message it to me and i will check into it for you...

I received your Private Message and have checked the ban list using your CD-Key hash and it turned up nothing... Which means the ban is not on our side...

And follow the directions...

As i said before, We cant global hardware ban you only PunkBuster can so you will have to speak to them...
