I currently use a Buffalo 802.11g router w/ 125 Turbo
I used to have a Linksys 802.11b router. For some reason this router liked to disconnect me from the internet once a week or more. Hence why I got the Buffalo which has yet to disconnect me ever.

I have been playing WoW and all my other online games on the Buffalo router and have not had any issues. It gives me great connection anywhere in my house. I would definately recommend.

Question about B/G/Advanced G...

I have a router now that can run on B/G and the D-Link "Turbo G." With a laptop with standard 54 mbps connectivty connected to a normal router, is it good for games? Like, in WoW, EQ2, Source, nearly any game...my sis uses Wifi and I can't tell a speed difference with internet surfing, but would a change from LAN to a Wifi laptop / card be noticeable?

Not for normal internet usage. Even 802.11b still gives a max of 11mbps which is enough for internet usage without slow downs on normal cable and dsl. The difference would be noticeable in moving files across a network. Wireless still has not come up to speed in that regard. I like to plug my laptop into the router if I am going to be moving a ton of files over the network. 802.11g is not horrible for moving files but still not as fast as wired in my experience. But for playing games and surfing the internet wireless would not give any noticeable slowdowns.

Unless you are pulling more then 54mbs on you connection to the internet you wont know any better. Most home user pull 1.5mbs-10mbs. well within even the slowest wireless connection ability.
