I rented the game 2 days ago. It's pretty hard. The survivors are idiots and never follow me.
I need some help. Where exactly am I supposed to escort survivors once they join me? Back to the security room? Because that door is welded shut and the only way back in (I think) is through the warehouse, into the elevator, and back into the vents.
And how do I actually beat the game? Do I just complete as many calls from Otis as I can?
The game is ****ing huge. There are way too many things to do. I can't wait till I beat it and get overtime mode.
And another thing, the text in the game is too small. I can't read a ****ing thing. God dammit.

| | You need a high def screen to read the text...yes it sucks I know. From what I remember (haven't played in a while) you just take the survivors to the elevator and back onto the roof and go into the vents. And you can do side missions but the main missions are started with a cutscene so you will know them. The cutscenes show up at certain times throughout the game. Hopefully that was of help. Like I said I haven't played in a while so don't quote me

As far as the rescuing of survivors goes, I understand how it works, but for most of them I have to walk around half of the mall or go through the middle of it. There are these crazy guys in a car shooting at me where I usually die.

the scope of the game is amazing...and I wish I had the skillz with park benches and buckets to take out hordes of zombies...but i'm good with the sword and 2x4 and not much else |

| | | serving the guys on the jeep and taking their gun is a good choice, and when they aren't around, mowing zombies down with the lawnmower is a good way to rack up points. if you think it's hard now, wait til some of the later missions- talk about ridiculous. |

Chain, at the entrance of one of the plazas where the lawn mower is, there are a ton of zombies. I just go in a straight line and clear the path for me to enter.
