Mad XBL Down Part 2
wow this is getting ridiculous i haven't been able to get on xbox live for about a week now and this is starting to piss me off I don't get to play my xbox that much and now when i have time because of the holiday break it doesn't work anybody else having any problems again?? I also called microsoft and they said they are still trying to solve the problem and that it should be fixed "soon" and how long is soon I don't know....they better be giving some kind of compensation out for this!! My money's being wasted

I can get on but it takes almost 5 mins at times to sign in. Played several rounds of cod4 tonight on XBL. So I know some people can play too.

I heard the problem is that so many X360's went live after the holidays (from being gifts) that it took down XBL

well thanks for the feedback, i connected today though it took forever, but it was only on for about 3min and later it disconnected so a little progress i guess

Ive had the same issue with XBL myself but when i try to join a cod4 match it gives me this notice that says "you have to have an active network". I think that the XBL servers or whatever they are are just getting overloaded and should be fixed soon.

yeah my boy got one for xmas and is having trouble signing on too. i'll go help him cause he's an electronic illiterate but we'll see how goes it. i've heard this though, my boy told me him and some of his friends cant get on xbl. weird...
